Refund Eligibility
Full Refund: Customers who cancel their charter booking at least 7 days prior to the scheduled charter date are eligible for a full refund of all payments made.
No Refunds After 7 Days: Cancellations made within 7 days of the charter date are not eligible for a monetary refund. Instead, we offer a rescheduling option with no expiration date.
Weather-Related Cancellations: If a charter is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, customers may reschedule the booking at no additional cost with no expiration date. Refunds in such cases are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Returns
As our services are experiential and time-sensitive, we do not offer returns on bookings or services rendered.
How to Request a Refund

Modifications and Rescheduling
