Boat Rules
-No pets
– No illegal drugs (including marijuana)
– No open flames
– No red wine or red drinks
– No red foods or fruits
– Pre-wash any new swimsuits/towels, they will STAIN when wet
– No shoes on the boat
– No spray-on tanning lotion
-Smoking is allow in swim platform only
-Alcohol is allowed
-Food is allowed
-Not grill
-No Tie-up

You’ll be cruising on someone’s private boat, so please treat it with care and respect.

Note: The Captain has the authority to terminate the charter at any time if the rules of the vessel are not followed. No refund will be issued if the Captain is forced to terminate the charter.

Security Deposit
A hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made.

Deposit Amount
This owner requires a $100.00 security deposit. A hold (not a charge) for $100.00 will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your departure date.

Cancellation policy

-Full refund when canceling 48 hrs before the charter day
-Any cancellation after 48 hrs we can reschedule no refund

$550 an hour plus gratuity.
Extra hour: $400 after the first 4 hours. (Extra time is upon availability).

Non event Weekends:
